About

Carolina Girl In California

Hi, I’m Caroline! I was born and raised in Charleston, SC. I moved to LA two years ago to pursue my modelling and ultimately ACTING dreams. I studied at the University of North Carolina and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Computer Science. I was involved with Drama and Choir all 4 years I attended UNC. I was the lead role playing ‘Elle Woods’ in our 2018 senior year production of Legally Blonde The Musical. I have always had a love for theatre since I was a young child. As far back as I can remember, I was performing and putting on “shows” and singing for my parents and their friends. When I was 9 years old, I landed the lead role as the ‘Narrator’ in my elementary school’s production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. My dream was to be on broadway so my parents took me to New York City that summer. At the young age of 9, I started working on acting classes, participating in children’s productions and meeting casting directors. Every summer since after the school year ended in May, my mother continued to take me to NYC to pursue my dreams of performing. At the age of 16, I decided I wanted to put my full focus into modelling, singing and most importantly to me, ACTING! I started online schooling so that I could take classes for Drama and Vocal at The Juilliard School in NYC. After I graduated college, I went to an audition for a Character Performer role at Walt Disney World and ended up working there for two years. I have a strong love and passion for ALL things DISNEY! After working at Disney, I really wanted to take my acting to another level and make the move to the west coast. I have been lucky enough to meet great connections and sign with an incredible agency for acting and for modelling. I have worked on a multitude of commercials, print modelling advertisements, short films and some small roles in feature films. I have actively been taking acting classes at ‘The Ruskin School of Acting’ weekly in Santa Monica learning the Meisner technique and I perform live improv/comedy shows at LA Comedy Connection. I am very excited to have landed the role a lead role in a feature film I am working on filming this summer with the talented director, Sasha Sibley and the entire crew! Can't wait to get started and I am so happy you are here to follow my journey. Every bit of love, support and kind words that you call have given me mean more to me than you can imagine.

Thank you for following along my journey with me and dropping in to get to know a little bit more about me!

Xoxo,

Caroline
